after finish 1 session last monday...
my fat % was decrease to 38.2% uuuu....
wah...wah ader progress....

ha...lg satu nak bg tau....
x semestinya biler kiter pergi workout tu, kiter kena achive predicted weight
ye kawan2.....
cewah...ini trainer kat saner la bg tau....
yg paling penting adalah penurunan peratus lemak dlm badan....
badan kiter hanya memerlukan 10kg to 15 kg sahaja....
kalau x silap la...hehehe...
kalau uols rase cam dah byk kali workout tapi hanya tuwon 
beberapa kilo tu....sebenarnya oke...
becoz kiter bukan la nak jadi kurus kerin kan....mesti la
ala mantops ader shape gtew.... :D

Hola....uols...lamer x tulih kat sini...
